s other years we are holding a mid year concert night that will combine both a quiz night and show of all our wonderful students doing items from different children themed entertainment. This concert is a favourite of our families and the emails of commendation were love to receive of how you enjoy your evening! Keep em coming :)

FUNDRAISING: Fundraising will be added to the students Entertainment books total. As our school grows so does our need for equipment. We now have five acrobatics classes. (we started with one) we would like to purchase another mat to be used in Acrobats and Boys can Dance., and Hip Hop for tricking!
CHARITY: We always aim to donate a portion of all our sales to charity. We feel that this is an important aspect of our school. We can we donate to worthy causes that benefit people locally and abroad. Last year's donation helps the Autism Association of Western Australia.
OPPORTUNITY: This gives another opportunity for your children to show what they are learning on stage. Rather than working all year on one time the students are on stage it provides low key, loving environment where students can get used to the stage and fun it holds for both them and the audience.

FOOD AND DRINK: Nibbles from home can be brought whilst you enjoy the night. There will be a canteen open on the night also. This will sell light refreshments, snacks, soft drinks and alcohol. (Alcohol will be served in accordance to liquor licensing and laws of WA) NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON SITE!
PHOTO AND VIDEO: Parents can take their own photo and video on the night of their children providing ALL STUDENTS participating in the concert sign a release form allowing themselves and other parents to do. This consent form will be available to sign and will also be available to get off the website in Term 2, downloaded, signed and sent in.
COSTUMES: Costume notes are available ONLINE. They contain what we are providing, you are providing from home, hair and make up requirements and if any hire is due. Hire money is due on of before the June. Monies can be brought into class in an envelope marked COSTUME MONIES in cash. When notes are released they will be online. We are an Eco friendly school where possible :)
TICKETS: Tickets ARE ON SALE. They will be sold in tables of 6-12 people. Grab friends and family to make a table and have a chance to watch your children shine and win some great prizes at the same time. FUN WILL BE HAD BY ALL! First in best dressed- we log the order the tables come in and that decides position of table. If you don't get in- you miss out, it is fair to everyone!. Payment needs to be made within 7 days of table reservation to hold table.This way fair for everyone. tickets are given in Week 8. and you will receive an email confirmation of purchase.

Prize Donations for the Quiz show are currently due. If you wish to donate an everyday items. Wine, Chips, Lollies, Soaps, Hand creams, Make Up, Household goods, Furniture, Office Goods, Electrical Goods, Sporting Goods– you name it we will have it!!! If you have a business or know a business that is willing to donate prizes in return some great promotional opportunities are being offered in a way of our thanks. Please ask around and give generously!!!
